Submitting a Proposal

GMP accepts proposals from interested parties anywhere in the world. Inquiries or applications from developed or developing countries, or countries in transition, are especially welcomed.

Proposals may be submitted at any time and should follow the Guidelines for Submitting Applications to the GMP (available as a Word document).  Before submitting a full proposal, applicants are encouraged to consult with CONRAD staff and to submit a brief, preliminary proposal (no more than five pages). The preliminary proposal is not mandatory; it is intended to assist the applicant by providing a review of programmatic and scientific merit at an early stage in the review process.

CONRAD technical staff and, on occasion, working groups and outside consultants review proposals. Applicants can suggest names of knowledgeable experts to assist the review process.
